Description
This item for sale is a most exquisite, Victorian antique, tall, hand carved shell cameo and natural see pearl pin in excellent gently used condition. No damage no cracks. The items weighs 12.9 grams and measures 2 inches tall and 1.5 inches across. On the sides where there are no pearls it has 3 crisply detailed leaves on the setting. The cameo is exquisite. Photos do not do justice. It is of Hebe feeding Zeus’s large bird. The setting needs to be cleaned. I would recommend taking to a jeweler as you don’t want to risk damaging the pearls or cameo. When cleaned it will be even more wonderful.
