Description

This assembly features four
STEC Inc. Mass Flow Controllers with an STEC CA-HX-C6 Interface Unit and Cables, a pair of Span Instruments SPT200 Pressure Transducers (100psig) with Tylan General AL420SS Digital Readouts (kg/cm²) and an Omron S8VM-05024 DC Power Supply (24VDC, 2.2A), a Veriflo SQ140E502PFSMM Regulator, six SCV Pneumatic Valves, six SCV Manual Valves, all with 1/4″ VCR Fittings, as shown.
One of them flow controllers is a model SEC-F730MCA1-UC (20% SiH4/He, 250SCCM), two are model SEC-F740MOA1-UC (N2, 3SLM), and the fourth is a model
SEC-F750MOA1-UC (N2, 30SLM).
These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
However, I have no way of testing them, and they are being sold as-is.
The
STEC CA-HX-C6 Interface Unit requires a ±15VDC power supply, which is NOT included.
