Our candle warning labels provide safety information and burning instructions. They measure 2” in diameter and are printed on glossy paper to prevent the ink from smearing.

We accept PayPal as a form of payment. All payments are expected within 24 hours of purchase.
We are NOT responsible for finished products. We recommend testing all items for desired results.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in unused condition. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrance oils once the seal has been broken. We cannot accept returns of items that are partially used. To receive a refund, the item must be in new condition and identical to the item that you received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is found to be defective.
Fragrance oils can vary from different manufacturers, and may not be identical to the item you purchased from a different company.
NOTE:  If you are purchasing an item that requires you to provide fragrance choices, please do this at the time of purchase. This can be done by sending us a message, a note on your PayPal checkout, or you can call our office during business hours. If we do NOT receive your choices within 72 hours of your order being placed, we will send our top selling fragrance oils. If you are sent our top sellers, and you are displeased with these selections, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Information
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship Monday-Friday, and do not ship on holidays. We will ship either by USPS, FedEx or UPS; we choose the shipping method based on weight and cost. We reserve the right to combine shipping. Please remember that the delivery date provided is an estimated delivery date, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
