Company was formed in 1911, in Denver, Colorado to operate telephone exchanges in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. The company was a fully owned subsidiary of the Colorado Telephone Company. Great vignette of two allegorical women with a framed early telephone in the center. Green, 10 share certificate issued to James A. Barhydt on Jan. 4, 1929. Rare!
